The wine industry's version of Chaos Theory got underway this week as columnists tackle the annual task of pairing wines to Thanksgiving dinner. Dozens of varietals and appellations are suggested, with an emphasis this year on value, as evidenced in the selections of wine columnists Gaiter and Brecher in the Wall Street Journal whose picks are from Costco and Sam's Club.
