Sebastopol, Calif.—Paul Hobbs Wines appointed Rick Bonitati to the post of chief operating officer. Bonitati will assist in the oversight, development and growth of all Paul Hobbs companies including Paul Hobbs Winery, CrossBarn Winery, Paul Hobbs Imports, Viña Cobos, Crocus and other projects. Before joining Paul Hobbs, Bonitati was the president of von Mandl Family Estates, a collection of wineries and vineyards in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. Bonitati also worked for more than 20 years with Jackson Family Wines in a variety of roles.
