Jean Arnold Sessions will lead the Sonoma County Vintners while the organization looks for a new director, multiple news outlets reported today. The news comes less than two weeks after former SCV director Carolyn Stark announced her resignation. In addition to serving as president of Hanzell Vineyards from 2002 until 2013, Sessions served on the Vintners' Board of Directors from 2003 through 2009.

The Sonoma County Vintners will officially announce Sessions as the interim director at their annual meeting Wednesday in Santa Rosa, Calif.
