Lots of Thanksgiving recommendations this week, including a focus on Zinfandel wines by columnist Bob Thompson in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. At the Wall Street Journal, columnists Gaiter and Brecher review many Carmenere wines from Chile, and find much to like. Cleveland Plain Dealer: Staff writer Donald Rosenberg reports on Thanksgiving wine suggestions from Cleveland area wine merchants. Producers cited include Lemelson, Luli, Lucien Albrecht, Panther Creek, Man Vintners, Gerard Raphet, Cesari Duetor ri, Chandon, Conundrum, Hob Nob, Warre's, Furst, and Melville. (Link)

San Francisco Chronicle: Wine editor Jon Bonne on sparkling wines for Thanksgiving. Recommendations for two wines each from Iron Horse Vineyards and Roederer Estate, as well as offerings from Argyle, Domaine Carneros, Domaine Chandon, Gruet, Scharffenberger, and Schramsberg. (Link)
