Lots of Valentine's Day recommendations this week, with interesting selections offered by Fred Tasker in the Miami Herald, while columnist Jon Bonne of the San Francisco Chronicle offers tasting notes on several Tete de Cuvee Champagnes that are sure to please. In the Chicago Tribune, columnist Bill St. John offers tasting notes and praise for Syrah wines from Washington. And in the New York Times, columnist Eric Asimov takes a close look at the 2010 vintage red Burgundy wines and finds much to like, including a Gevrey-Chambertin bargain. JG
