Courses are also appropriate for students who plan to transfer to a university, improve skills in the industry, or to satisfy continuing education or personal enrichment needs without formally pursuing a degree or certificate. Courses are flexible; most classes are taught either afternoon, evening, or weekends, allowing students scheduling flexibility. There is a 4-acre vineyard and a brand new bonded winery on campus. Students learn all practical aspects from growing the grapes, up to making and selling the wines. Can also continue studies at Bordeaux Sciences Agro to earn a French BS.
