Healdsburg, Calif.—In response to the recent fires throughout Northern California, Patrick Cappiello, Pax Mahle and Sara Morgenstern created The Winemakers & Sommeliers for California Wildfire Relief Group. Founded to bring wine industry professional together in support of those in need, the group plans to host three fundraising events later this month in conjunction with CAWineStrong, Redwood Credit Union North Bay Fire Relief, and Napa Valley Community Foundation. The events will be held at Bergamot Alley in Healdsburg, Calif. on Oct. 25, Bluxome Street Winery in San Francisco, Calif. on Oct. 26, and Corkbuzz in Union Square, N.Y. on Oct. 27.
