Novato, Calif.—WX Brands announced its purchase the Bread & Butter Wines brand and a portfolio of brands from Jamieson Ranch Vineyards. WX Brands, which was founded under the name Winery Exchange nearly two decades ago and is based in Novato, only acquired the brands and no real estate in the transactions. The Jamieson Ranch portfolio included Double Lariat, Reata, Whiplash and Light Horse. Zepponi & Company served as the advisor to the sellers of Bread & Butter.
