Napa, Calif.—Victoria Snyder was promoted from senior vice president of operations to senior vice president of U.S. sales for Treasury Wine Estates and the company also announced the hire of Ed LeMay as sales team chief of staff. The promotion and hire come after Mark Merrion’s departure from the post of senior vice president of U.S. sales. “Mark has been a terrific collaborator and has shown great commitment to the organization these past several years and I want to thank him for his significant contributions,” said Bob Spooner, president of TWE, Americas, in a press release.

With Snyder’s promotion to senior vice president of U.S. sales, the company also announced Rachel Ashley has been appointed vice president of wine production. Ashley has been with TWE for more than a decade and will now be responsible for leading the winemaking and grape resources team as well as winery operations.
