Napa, Calif.--Kim Marcus, the managing editor of Wine Spectator since 1999 and a 28-year employee of the company, will move from New York City to California later this year to become a senior editor and bureau chief of the Napa Valley office. Making the announcement, Wine Spectator owner Marvin Shanken also stated that Cordelia Winton will take Marcus's place as managing editor in New York. She is a 22-year member of the magazine staff. Marcus is a California native and no stranger to Napa Valley, having worked for the St. Helena Star for several years in the 1980s.
