Paso Robles, Calif.—O’Neill Vintners & Distillers announced its purchase of Robert Hall Winery in Paso Robles. The sale includes the Robert Hall production facilities, hospitality center, inventory, vineyards and brands. Robert Hall Winery was established by Robert and Margaret Hall in 1999 and has grown to become one of the largest in the Paso Robles, with annual production at 70,000 cases and a 211-acre estate vineyard, according to the Wines Vines Analytics winery database. O’Neill Vintners, which is based in Parlier, Calif., did not disclose its purchase price but characterized the deal as a “significant expansion” for the company that produces 1.9 million cases per year.

“We’ve been sourcing grapes from Paso Robles for many years,” said Jeff O’Neill, CEO of O’Neill Vintners. “We are thrilled to have this opportunity to further expand our presence in one of the most important wine regions in California."

Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Zepponi & Company, a merger and acquisition advisory firm, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Robert Hall Winery for the sale.
