Lodi, Calif.—Bokisch Ranches hired Arthur Chavez as assistant vineyard manager. Chavez will work alongside Alex Lopez, Jr. to oversee daily vineyard operations of the firm’s 2,500 acres of vineyards in the Lodi AVA. Chavez is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and has worked in viticulture throughout California.
