Napa, Calif.—Shortly after buying the Carneros winery and property that had been used by Michael Mondavi Estates, and pledging $1 million last month to the Fund A Need lot at Auction Napa Valley, Kieu Hoang has opened escrow on John and Shawn Guilliams’ 7-acre vineyard in the Spring Mountain AVA of Napa Valley.
