Messina Hof owners inducted to Knights of the Vine

Bryan, Texas—The Brotherhood of the Knights of the Vine inducted Mitchell and Karen Bonarrigo, owners of Messina Hof Winery & Winery, as master knight of the vine and master lady of the vine. The honor, in recognition of the couple's efforts promoting the Texas wine industry, was bestowed at the winery’s 40th anniversary celebration.

The organization, which is part of the larger group The Federation Internationale des Confreries Bachiques, also recognized the Bonarrigo children, Sophia and Paul Anthony, as lady in waiting and second squire of the Brotherhood of the Knights of the Vine. Messina Hof’s history with Knights of the Vine began in the 1980s when founders Paul Vincent and Merrill Bonarrigo received the highest recognition of Supreme Knight of the Vine and Supreme Lady of the Vines. With these recent inductions, the Bonarrigo family are all members of the Brotherhood of the Knights of the Vine.
