Sebastopol, Calif.—Peter Heyworth was hired for the newly created position of president at Dutton-Goldfied winery. The family-owned winery hired Heyworth to establish and implement new marketing and sales strategies, according to winery press release. Prior to joining the winery, Heyworth worked in upper management positions at Diageo, Allied Domecq, Vincor, Fosters and Independent Distillers. “We are thrilled to have someone of Peter’s professional caliber and great nature to help guide us into the future,” said owner and founder Dan Goldfield. “In addition to his knowledge of the industry, he understands our wines and our desire to remain true to our neighborhood roots.”
