Sonoma, Calif.—Tom Gendall is the new assistant winemaker at Cline Family Cellars. Gendall will be working alongside winemaker Charlie Tsegeletos to produce Cline Family Cellars’ portfolio of Zinfandels, Rhône varietals, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Gendall joins Cline from Sojourn Cellars, where he aided in the day-to-day operations of the cellar. A native of New Zealand, Gendall gained winemaking experience in New Zealand, Germany and in Napa Valley for Bryant Family Vineyards and in Sonoma County for Arrowood Vineyards.
