Napa, Calif.—Deanna Martinez was promoted from CFO and COO to general manager, and Scott Morrison is the new winemaker at Jarvis Estate Winery in Napa Valley. Martinez was the first employee hired by the family-owned winery in 1987, and as its new general manager she will oversee all day to day operations. Morrison is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and has more than a decade of winemaking experience. Before joining Jarvis, Morrison was the head winemaker and general manager of William Harrison Vineyards and Winery, which is also in the Napa Valley.
