New keynote for DtC symposium
Napa, Calif.—The organizers of the 2016 DtC Wine Symposium, which takes place Jan. 13-14 at the Hilton Concord Hotel in Concord, Calif., announced an additional keynote presentation called “Art of the Marketing Plan.” The new session will be moderated by Brian Baker, the vice president of sales and marketing for Chateau Montelena, and features Dave Knox, chief media officer for Rockfish; Edward Russell, professor of advertising at Syracuse University and Lynne Bruni the vice president of marketing at the San Francisco Travel Association. Other sessions include predictions on DtC trends in coming years, DtC security, using DtC metrics to ensure profitability and best practices for shipping wine.
