Paso Robles, Calif.—Eberle Winery announced that Chris Eberle, no relation to founders Gary and Marcy Eberle, is the winery’s new winemaker. Eberle was the assistant winemaker from 2006 to 2009 and most recently was the assistant winemaker at Howard Park winery in Australia. Nick Compton, who has worked at the winery for two years, has been promoted to the post of assistant winemaker.
