Petaluma, Calif.—Blake Yarger is the new winemaker at McEvoy Ranch. Yarger is a native of nearby Marin County and has been with the estate since 2006 and was promoted to associate winemaker in 2012. The 550-acre McEvoy Ranch property includes 80 acres of olive trees and 25 acres of grape vines. The winery produces a Rosé, Pinot Noir and Syrah-based red blend.
