Calistoga, Calif.—Vermeil Wines announced it has hired Thomas Rivers Brown as its new consulting winemaker. Brown consults for more than 15 different wine brands and will be joined by colleague Andy Jones. The two will start by finalizing Vermeil’s 2013 wines.
