Napa, Calif.—Diageo Chateau & Estate Wines announced the promotion of Mayacamas Olds to the position of vineyard operations and grower relations director. Olds joined Diageo in 2012 as grower relations representative and statewide viticulturist to enhance the sustainable farming practices for more than 5,000 acres. Olds is also a member of the boards of the Napa County Farm Bureau and the Napa County Resource Conservation District.
