Sonoma, Calif.—Officials announced those “who have suffered damage or losses” are now eligible to register to receive disaster assistance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Relief includes low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration for businesses of all sizes, private non-profit organizations, homeowners and renters.
