Sonoma, Calif.—Officials announced those “who have suffered damage or losses” are now eligible to register to receive disaster assistance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Relief includes low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration for businesses of all sizes, private non-profit organizations, homeowners and renters. FEMA grants do not have to be repaid, are nontaxable and will not affect eligibility for other federal benefits. Apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov or call 800-621-3362 or (TTY) 800-462-7585.
