Santa Rosa, Calif.—Wendy Hilberman is the Russian River Valley Winegrowers new executive director. Hilberman has more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications and before joining the growers’ group worked in leadership roles for nonprofits and businesses. Prior to moving to Sonoma County, Hilberman was the executive officer of a state commission that reported to the Governor of Oregon. An Oregon native, Hilberman holds a Master’s degree in public administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Oregon.
