Paso Robles, Calif.—Ben Mayo joined the winemaking team of San Antonio Winery, which is owned by Riboli Family Wine Estates. Mayo has more than 15 years of winemaking experience in the Paso Robles area and will be focused on the San Simeon Maddalena and Opaque brands as well as helping to oversee the construction of a new winery. Prior to joining San Antonio Winery, Mayo was the winemaker and general manager at Rotta Winery and spent more than a decade as winemaker and partner at Eberle Winery.
