St. Helena, Calif.—Yao Family Wines, launched in 2011 by former NBA player Yao Ming, opened a new tasting room in downtown St. Helena to feature Yao Ming and Napa Crest wines. The space features a marble-topped oval bar and lounge spaces to accommodate groups and private, guided tastings. The tasting room is located at 929 Main St., which had formerly been the tasting room of Bello Family Vineyards.
