St. Helena, Calif.—Copper Cane Wines & Provisions unveiled its latest brand, Steorra Wines, which is a brut, non-vintage sparkling wine produced with grapes from the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County. Steorra, which takes its name from the old-English word for ‘star’, is owner and winemaker Joe Wagner’s first sparkling wine. The wine is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and will be available by the glass at restaurants in 13 states and Washington D.C. upon release.
