Sonoma Winegrowers name commissioners

Santa Rosa, Calif.—The Sonoma County Winegrowers announced the election of six new members to its board of commissioners. The new members include George Martinelli, a fifth generation grape grower; Bret Munselle, a fifth generation grower whose family’s Munselle Vineyards in Alexander Valley dates back to the late 1800s; Mark Sanchietti, a fourth generation wine grower whose family has farmed in the Russian River Valley since 1919; Rich Schaefers of Silverado Investment Management Company who has managed vineyards in Sonoma County for more than 20 years; Joe Judge a vineyard owner and former president of the Bennett Valley grape growers association and Ray Johnson the director of the Wine Business Institute at Sonoma State University.
