Custom distillation. Canning wine and cocktails. Griffo utilizes both a CODI and Wild Goose canning line in their facility. Bonded as both a winery and a DSP, we can both wine and cocktails for a variety of clients. Production capacity is currently 3,000 gallons per day. Griffo has 5,300 gallons of tank space available allowing for simultaneous pre-batching and canning.
