FLCC offers an in-depth A.A.S. degree in Viticulture and Wine Technology, as well as a time-shortened Viticulture Certificate. With both options, a broad, foundational education in winemaking and grape growing exposes students to every facet of the industry, such as wine technology, enology, vineyard management, and pesticide application. Hands-on learning takes place at our state-of-the-art Viticulture and Wine Center, which features a wine lab, classroom, winery with 21 glycol jacketed tanks, working vineyard, and fully equipped crush pad. Some classes are also conveniently available online.
